tattoo convention conthey

Hello!
we went to the conthey tattoo convention without innina last weekend.
she did stuff on her one to avoid the stress of conventions, it can be pretty hard...
i worked the whole time, i love to see such a nice ambience there, when it opens at 10:00 am and there's already a line of people at the entrance, all enthusiast to get tattooed!
i took pictures of the works i did there, even though it wasn't a good light for fresh tattoo pictures i'll show it anyway... and a few pics of the ambiance
it was good to see my friends, and all those awesome tattooers are so nice to talk with, no stress and all...

okay it's been a while, i know, sorry i wasn't very available these last days...

well i've been painting last weekend, for the posters for tattoo conventions mostly.
i had nearly everything done before, because i did already 2 paintings, but wasn't convinced about it, and a few days ago i had really a better idea about what to draw so i started everything again.
i am kind of happy about it, even though i think i suck as a painter.

i have started a few cool projects also, a sleeve on a nice customer who is engaged with a nice lady who will get tattooed tomorrow. the tattoos they do are a symbol of their union. what a romantic feeling, i'm so happy to be asked for some cool stuff like that.

and my customer of the day, hugo, stood for a nice session for an inner arm, 3 hours work.

...last week i didn't tattoo as much as usual, since i got tattooed by mister Wido de marval on wednesday, i took a day off tuesday to rest a bit.
but still, i had a nice tattoo session with my young client who did her first tattoo, roses on the leg, color work, yay! we had so much fun, we were laughing the whole time!

aaaaand, last but not least, we did the second session on the red head VW chick. unfortunately we could not finish the shades and color this time, but we'll catch up in september for the last touch. sigh! i wish i could have got it done before.

yeah, some nice projects are on the way.
 recently i have outlined a cool redneck pinup on the ribs/ stomach of a client of mine, and i have to say i am very thankful for the way the project took shape... you see, i always talk to my clients about their project, and sometimes the first idea comes to be very different from the final project...

anyway, here's the outline session

...and the first session of a cover up on a shoulder, unfortunately we couldn't finish it in one shot, but next time it will be done for sure. we still need to add some color in the roses and leaves

...last but not least, pictures of the full arm i did in 5 sessions. 

i will take more pictures once it's healed up, whenever he comes back for checkup.
